Beethoven - Concerti 4 & 5 pour le pianoforte - Schoonderwoerd

Very unusual even "bizarre" interpretations of Beethoven's Piano Concertos. The small ensemble that accompanies the pianoforte consists of winds and only five stringed instruments (one instrument per part) doubled, in certain passages to reinforce the rythm, by the keyboard. There you can discover some Beethoven's subtleties either on the piano either on the orchestration.

Concerto pour pianoforte No.5 in E flat major, op.73 "Emperor"
